We are seeking a highly skilled Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our growing ServiceNow Practice. As the technical authority for development, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions for our clients, ensuring best practice standards, and mentoring our development team. This is a key leadership role, directly supporting major ServiceNow customer project deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow development across multiple projects and customers.
- Provide consultancy and technical expertise, ensuring all development aligns with ServiceNow best practice and customer requirements.
- Conduct code reviews, define standards, and ensure quality assurance of all development output.
- Contribute to the creation of skills matrices for projects and support recruitment of new colleagues within the discipline.
- Deliver project-specific training and knowledge transfer to colleagues.
- Act as an ambassador for the ServiceNow practice within Methods, sharing knowledge and supporting the wider community.
Proven track record as a ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise across several areas of the platform:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practice development, configuration, and integration.
- Experience in leading development teams, including mentoring, coaching, and performing code reviews.
- Ability to work in hybrid teams across multiple projects and customer engagements.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications across multiple modules.
This role is Hybrid. Remote, with some client travel as and when required - This is fully expensed. This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance.
