Our AI & Cyber practice sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data platforms, and cyber security, ensuring that AI capabilities are delivered securely, responsibly, and at scale. We support complex, high-impact programmes across UK government, healthcare, defence, and critical infrastructure, where security, assurance, and reliability are critical from day one.
Our Focus- AI Security & Threat Modelling: Designing secure AI architectures, identifying risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, and model abuse, and embedding security controls from the outset.
- Secure AI Platforms & DevSecOps: Building and securing AI platforms using Kubernetes, API gateways, secrets management, and cloud-native security controls.
- Data & AI Engineering (Secure by Design): Delivering robust data pipelines and AI systems with security, privacy, and integrity embedded throughout the lifecycle.
- Architecture & Integration: Integrating AI into enterprise environments, aligning with existing security frameworks, identity models, and network controls.
- Governance, Risk & Responsible AI: Implementing AI governance frameworks, model risk management, and regulatory alignment, ensuring safe and ethical deployment.
We are actively growing our AI & Cyber capability and regularly recruit for the following roles:
- AI Security: AI Security Architect, AI Threat Modelling Specialist, LLM Security Engineer
- Platform & Infrastructure Security: Platform Security Engineer (Kubernetes, API gateways, Vault), Cloud Security Engineer (AI environments), Security Engineering Lead (AI platforms)
- AI Engineering & Data: AI / Machine Learning Engineer, Generative AI Engineer (LLMs, RAG, agents), Data Engineer (AI-enabled platforms), MLOps Engineer
- Architecture & Consulting: AI Solutions Architect, Enterprise / Technical Architect (AI & Data)
Weโre interested in individuals who combine deep technical expertise with an understanding of how AI systems operate in secure, regulated environments. You may bring:
- Experience delivering or securing AI/ML systems in production
- Knowledge of cloud security, APIs, identity, and network controls
- Exposure to secure AI practices (model security, data protection, risk)
- Experience working in public sector or high-assurance environments (SC/DV desirable)
- Work on mission-critical programmes where security and AI intersect
- Be part of a growing Data & AI capability within an established consultancy
- Help shape how organisations adopt AI securely and responsibly
- Collaborate with experts across cyber, engineering, and architecture
This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance. As part of the onboarding process candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard; details of the evidence required to apply may be found on the government website Gov.UK. If you are unable to meet this and any associated criteria, then your employment may be delayed, or rejected. Details of this will be discussed with you at interview.
