The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Developer with Front-End focus and active UK Security Clearance (SC minimum, DV preferred) to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in the full software development life cycle, from design and development to testing and deployment, leveraging your expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, Back End technologies, and cloud infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a challenging and rewarding project within a DevOps/DevSecOps environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant applications.
  • Contribute to both Front End and Back End development, demonstrating expertise across the stack.
  • Collaborate closely with other developers, designers, product owners, and DevOps engineers.
  • Implement robust testing strategies to ensure code quality and application stability.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Work within an Agile development environment.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, with experience in both Front End and Back End development.
  • Experience working with React.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Active UK Security Clearance (SC minimum, DV preferred).

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Node.js or other Back End frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
  • Experience with Python and/or Go.
  • Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps principles.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
