Join the Estates Team as a Property Surveyor responsible for a specific geographic region.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the environment of homes and schemes is compliant, safe, efficient, presentable, and enjoyable for staff, residents, and visitors.
- Oversee reactive and void repairs, compliance‑related remedial works, planned investment programmes, and cyclical redecoration programmes.
- Guarantee that all statutory regulations are met for the highest level of compliance.
- Collaborate with Care Home and Retirement Living Scheme Managers and Maintenance Officers to deliver successful projects at the scheme level.
- Report directly to the designated Estate Manager.
- Travel extensively to visit Care Homes and Retirement Living Schemes throughout the Yorkshire area.
Qualifications
- Qualified construction professional with relevant experience.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Business acumen and determination to successfully complete projects.
- Possession of a full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle (or other suitable means of transportation).
