Based in Derby, this is a full-time role - 37 hours per week with a salary of £33,410 per annum.
At MHA, we're looking for an experienced and engaging Compliance & Medication Trainer to join our People Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the learning and development of our colleagues across the organisation, helping to ensure high standards of compliance, medication practice, and quality care.
As a Compliance & Medication Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering our Compliance Induction, Compliance Refresher, and Medication Training programmes to colleagues working in direct care and management roles. These programmes typically range from one to two days in duration and support approximately 3,500 colleagues across MHA.
You’ll have experience in delivering highly engaging compliance training within a health and social care setting. You will also have a basic knowledge of using Microsoft 365 packages and be skilled in using webinar software to deliver training to up to 15 learners at a time.
You’ll already have experience of working in a busy and fast-paced team and have knowledge of the health and social care regulatory and wider statutory learning requirements. You’ll be someone who is capable of working autonomously and have a creative, enthusiastic and confident approach to the role.
