The Board of Governors of Methodist College Belfast is seeking to appoint an Assistant Director of Rugby who will work closely with, and support, the Director of Rugby to ensure a coherent, aligned and high quality rugby programme across the school and in partnership with local rugby clubs and primary schools to formalise and strengthen pathways from grassroots to competitive youth rugby.

Through collaboration, leadership and mutual trust, this role helps ensure that the rugby pathway at Methodist College is unified, aspirational and sustainable.
