We’re seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading UK investment and wealth management organisation on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and Exec stakeholders, supporting a broad range of HR activity across a regulated and fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on, senior HRBP role with a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, and enabling high-quality people decisions across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders and Exec stakeholders across the business
- Lead on complex employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance)
- Support performance management frameworks and manager capability
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment activity and senior hiring support
- Contribute to L&D, D&I and wellbeing initiatives
- Manage and develop a small People & Culture team
Candidate Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or Senior HR professional within Financial Services, Wealth Management, or another regulated environment
- Strong expertise in employee relations and complex case management
- Experience partnering and influencing senior stakeholders, ideally up to Exec level
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience supporting performance management frameworks and organisational change
- Previous experience managing or mentoring HR team members
- CIPD Level 7 (or working towards) desirable
