We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer to help shape the future of a large-scale, globally distributed platform used by millions of customers across travel, financial services, and retail. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll influence the architecture, scalability, and future direction of a truly global technology ecosystem.
What you’ll be doing:
- Defining the technical vision for a central API platform
- Designing and building scalable, cloud-native systems
- Leading event-driven architectures (Kafka)
- Driving best practice across performance, security, and observability
- Mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction across multiple teams
- Collaborating with Product and Delivery to shape long-term strategy
- Embedding modern engineering practices (CI/CD, IaC, TDD)
