Role OverviewAs the Lead Software Developer, you will:
- Lead a small squad of 2–3 developers
- Remain hands‑on with engineering

- 75% of your time on Power Platform and Dataverse, under proper engineering discipline
- You'll sit between architecture and delivery — setting standards, influencing design, and ensuring the business gets scalable, maintainable, enterprise-grade solutions.
