We're supporting a global consulting-led transformation for a major banking client, focused on modernising HR operations through Microsoft technologies. The programme centres on building a Co-Pilot-enabled HR case management solution, targeting ~70% automation of employee queries across a new Dynamics 365 environment.

As a Co-Pilot Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and building Co-Pilot-enabled workflows and applications across the Microsoft stack, supporting a large-scale HR transformation. While you will be working in an advisory role, we need someone with strong technical capability and the ability to operate within a fast-moving, enterprise programme.

Location: This role will be hybrid, your time in-office will be split between London & Glasgow with travel expenses paid. This project starts in May and we can work down notice periods.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build and configure solutions across Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Develop and integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Service for HR case management use cases
  • Implement Microsoft Copilot capabilities to automate HR queries and workflows
  • Design scalable, user-focused solutions aligned to enterprise standards
  • Work closely with stakeholders across UK and US teams

  • Strong hands-on experience across Power Platform and D365
  • Proven experience delivering case management solutions (Customer Service)
  • Exposure to or experience with Copilot / AI-driven workflow automation
  • Ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Clear communicator with strong delivery focus

Contract Details:

  • Rate: £750-£850 per day (Inside IR35)
  • Duration: Initial 3 months, with strong extension potential
  • Location: Hybrid - London & Glasgow (split across both)
  • Travel: Required (expenses covered)
