Oracle ERP Functional Consultant l HR l Payroll l DV Clearance l Public sector l Outside IR35 l £500-£525 PD l 6 months l Remote We're supporting a major public sector transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Functional Consultant to play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale business transformation across HR, Payroll and wider corporate services. *This role requires an active DV Clearance* Key Responsibilities Gather and analyse business requirements.

Lead stakeholder workshops and process-mapping sessions.

Configure and optimise Oracle ERP solutions.

Support functional design, testing, deployment and user adoption.

Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Drive process improvements and best-practice Oracle solutions.

Key Skills Experience Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant.

Strong Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Oracle Payroll experience.

Experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation programmes.

Requirements gathering, functional design and UAT support.

Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Experience working within complex or regulated environments.
