We're looking for an experienced Transition Manager to lead the mobilisation of a complex Oracle ERP managed service for a major UK Government client. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, taking full ownership of transition from contract award through to go-live and early life support. You'll act as the single point of accountability, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and on-time service takeover from the incumbent supplier.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the end-to-end Transition Plan
  • Lead client governance, RAID, and reporting
  • Manage a TUPE transfer (~20 staff) and team mobilisation
  • Oversee knowledge transfer and service take-on
  • Ensure Day 1 operational readiness across technology, security, and suppliers

We're looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering government or regulated service transitions
  • Strong TUPE and stakeholder management experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL / SIAM environments
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, EPM, OCI)

Requirements:

  • Active SC Clearance (essential)
  • UK Citizen, able to work on-site as required
