We're supporting a fast-growing consultancy working with leading UK wealth management firms, helping them successfully implement and adopt modern technology. They're looking for an experienced Technology Trainer to join on an initial 6-month contract, focused on driving user adoption across CRM platforms and emerging AI tools.
The Role
You'll be responsible for ensuring end users are confident and capable with new technology - designing and delivering engaging training that genuinely changes how people work. Working closely with implementation and business readiness teams, you'll ensure training is aligned to delivery timelines and tailored to real-world use.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programmes across CRM systems and AI tools
- Deliver training via workshops, remote sessions, videos, and written guides
- Translate complex tech into clear, practical learning for non-technical users
- Conduct training needs analysis to tailor programmes to different user groups
- Align training delivery with implementation and go-live timelines
- Gather feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness
- Contribute to building reusable training content and frameworks
Experience Required
- Proven experience delivering technology training, ideally within financial services
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms within wealth management or advice
- Experience working with or training on AI tools and workflows
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Comfortable delivering training across multiple formats and environments
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple client workstreams
- Experience with platforms such as Intelliflo, Xplan, Curo is highly desirable
