This suits someone who enjoys leading people and still wants to get into the detail when a complex issue needs solving.Experience supporting BlackRock Aladdin is a key priority for this hire. You should understand its importance to investment operations and be comfortable investigating issues, working with users and suppliers, and driving problems through to resolution.The opportunityYou'll lead day-to-day application support, take charge during major incidents and build a stronger, more proactive support function.
