About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Engineer to join our growing engineering team in London. You'll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling high-performance applications that power critical business functions and customer experiences. What You'll Be Doing
- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Python applications and services
- Building robust APIs and microservices architectures
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams
- Driving best practices in software engineering, code quality, and performance
- Participating in architecture reviews and technical decision-making

What We're Looking For
Essential
- Professional Python development experience
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and engineering principles
- Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
- Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and distributed systems
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases
- Strong testing experience (PyTest, unit, integration, and automated testing)
- Experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
