Role Overview
As the Lead Software Developer, you will:
- Lead a small squad of 2-3 developers
- Remain hands-on with engineering
- Play a pivotal role in how the platform evolves 75% of your time on Power Platform and Dataverse, under proper engineering discipline
- You’ll sit between architecture and delivery - setting standards, influencing design, and ensuring the business gets scalable, maintainable, enterprise-grade solutions.
