We're working with an early-stage, AI Property Tech start-up, building a platform designed to automate large parts of operational workflows in a traditional industry. Their product uses AI to handle high-volume, real-world processes, not just front-end chatbot interaction, but end-to-end workflow automation across communications, task orchestration, compliance, and operational delivery.
The Opportunity
This is a lead-level, hands-on engineering role with genuine ownership. You'll be responsible for building and shaping the core backend systems that power the platform, APIs, and infrastructure, while working closely with product, data, and AI teams to bring complex workflows to life. It's well suited to someone who enjoys operating in early-stage environments and wants to play a key role in building something from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and building scalable backend systems and APIs
