We're supporting a fast-growing consultancy working with leading UK wealth management firms, helping them deliver and embed critical technology solutions. They're looking for an experienced Implementation & Business Readiness Consultant to join on an initial 6-month contract, playing a key role in ensuring technology change lands effectively across business operations.

The Role

You'll sit at the heart of delivery - working across stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure implementations don't just go live, but genuinely stick. This is a hands-on role, owning business readiness activity end-to-end across one or more programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business readiness and operational transition activities across system implementations
  • Develop and deliver communication, training, and adoption strategies
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across client organisations, building strong alignment and buy-in
  • Design and deliver training materials, workshops and user support content
  • Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure smooth transition into BAU
  • Support post-go-live adoption and continuous improvement activity

Experience Required

  • Strong experience working on technology implementations within wealth management or financial advice
  • Proven track record in business readiness, change, or transformation roles
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience delivering training and user adoption initiatives
  • Ability to operate confidently in a client-facing, delivery-focused environment
  • Exposure to platforms such as Intelliflo, Xplan, Curo (highly desirable)
