Looking for a delivery role where you can focus on high-quality recruitment, work live roles, and make a real impact on a busy tech desk? At Method Resourcing, delivery is fast-paced, consultative and valued. This role is ideal for an experienced tech delivery consultant who thrives on ownership, pace, and partnering closely with candidates and clients to get great outcomes.
You’ll be stepping into a hot desk with active roles and established relationships, giving you immediate opportunity to hit the ground running. This is a 270 role where you will be required to work closely with clients and develop relationships with existing clients.

What we’re looking for
You’ll already be an experienced delivery-focused recruiter within the tech space, confident managing roles end-to-end and delivering consistently high standards. You should have:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Consultant in tech recruitment
- Strong candidate management skills across contract and/or permanent roles
- Confidence working at pace across multiple live requirements
- Clear, professional communication with both candidates and clients
- Exposure to supporting client relationships or account delivery as part of your role
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering across a hot tech desk with active roles
- Managing the full delivery lifecycle from brief through to offer and onboarding
- Working closely with 360 consultants to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery
- Communicating confidently with clients when required to support delivery
- Building strong, long-term candidate relationships within your market
