Method Resourcing are delighted to partner with a certified B Corp, "tech for good" organization based in Central Bristol looking to hire a Data Engineer to join their talented team as they enjoy a sustained period of growth.

The chosen candidate will develop and maintain the pipelines and transformations that drive their analytics and BI capabilities, working alongside analysts and stakeholders to produce reliable data products using modern data engineering practices.

Tech stack:

  • Cloud: Azure
  • Data Pipeline: Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions
  • Languages: dbt, Python, SQL
  • Version Control: Azure DevOps Git

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain data pipelines using ADF, Python, and dbt across the Azure infrastructure (Container Apps & Functions)
  • Write efficient SQL and stored procedures to transform and model data
  • Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and performance optimization
  • Document data flows, transformations, and lineage
  • Partner with analysts to translate requirements into reliable data solutions

About you:

  • 3-5 years Data Engineering experience
  • Strong SQL and Python skills
  • Proven track record working with the Azure technology stack
  • Snowflake experience highly beneficial
  • BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and CI/CD expertise also nice to have
  • Ability to work 50% in the office in Bristol
