They’re now looking to hire a Head of Planning & Resourcing to take ownership of how delivery is planned, prioritised, and resourced across the organisation. You will sit centrally across the delivery function, owning portfolio planning, demand management and resource allocation, ensuring the business has the right people aligned to the right work at the right time. Owning and evolving portfolio planning and demand management processes Building a clear, centralised view of delivery pipeline and portfolio performance Influencing stakeholders across the business to improve prioritisation and decision making You’ll operate at a senior level, with high visibility and influence across leadership, playing a key role in how delivery matures as the business scales. Strong background in PMO leadership / Portfolio Planning / Programme Office roles Portfolio planning Resource management Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority Experience in financial services / pensions / regulated environments (preferred) High impact, central leadership position across delivery Growing organisation with clear investment in delivery maturity Business in a genuine transformation phase If this sounds of interest, apply directly for immediate review.
