Method Resourcing are working exclusively with a growing infrastructure business as they go from strength-to-strength and are looking to hire a Head of Data to take ownership of how commercial and operational data is governed, integrated, and used across the organisation. This is a senior, business-critical role with real influence. You will be responsible for turning fragmented data and systems into a trusted, scalable foundation that supports portfolio growth, operational excellence, and better commercial decision-making. The role combines strategy, delivery, and hands-on leadership - ideal for someone who understands data deeply but also knows how to make systems work for the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning the data strategy, governance, and quality across various teams.
- Auditing and improving existing data foundations, including preparing for potential system migrations.
- Overseeing development of in-house systems and ensuring they meet business needs.
- Gathering requirements across various teams.
- Leading system integrations and, where appropriate, transitioning to third-party platforms.
- Defining consistent reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Building and leading a small team responsible for data quality, systems, and reporting.
