We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development professional to help drive the next phase of our growth.
This role is all about winning new clients, building long term partnerships and becoming a trusted advisor to technology leaders.

What you'll do
- Win new clients across the AI, Data and Technology markets.
- Develop and grow a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Meet senior leaders across London and the UK to understand their hiring challenges.
- Advise clients on hiring strategy, market trends and talent availability.
- Build long term client partnerships and identify opportunities for contract, permanent and retained search.
- Work closely with our specialist delivery team, who will support you in delivering the work you win.
- Represent Method at networking events, client roundtables and industry conferences.
What we're looking for
- Proven success in business development, recruitment, technology sales, Saa S or customer success.
- Someone who enjoys generating new business and building lasting relationships.
- A consultative approach with excellent communication skills.
- Ambitious, commercially driven and motivated by success.
