We're supporting a global consulting-led transformation for a major banking client, focused on modernising HR operations through Microsoft technologies. The programme centres on building a Co-Pilot-enabled HR case management solution, targeting ~70% automation of employee queries across a new Dynamics 365 environment.
As a Co-Pilot Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and building Co-Pilot-enabled workflows and applications across the Microsoft stack, supporting a large-scale HR transformation. While you will be working in an advisory role, we need someone with strong technical capability and the ability to operate within a fast-moving, enterprise programme.
Location: This role will be hybrid, your time in-office will be split between London & Glasgow with travel expenses paid. This project starts in May and we can work down notice periods.
Core Responsibilities:- Build and configure solutions across Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Develop and integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Service for HR case management use cases
- Implement Microsoft Copilot capabilities to automate HR queries and workflows
- Design scalable, user-focused solutions aligned to enterprise standards
- Work closely with stakeholders across UK and US teams
- Strong hands-on experience across Power Platform and D365
- Proven experience delivering case management solutions (Customer Service)
- Exposure to or experience with Copilot / AI-driven workflow automation
- Ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Clear communicator with strong delivery focus
- Rate: £750-£850 per day (Inside IR35)
- Duration: Initial 3 months, with strong extension potential
- Location: Hybrid - London & Glasgow (split across both)
- Travel: Required (expenses covered)
