Method Resourcing is hiring a hands-on Microsoft Copilot Consultant to help a global financial services organisation turn business challenges into secure, production-ready AI solutions. You'll work directly with business and technology teams to uncover valuable use cases, determine the right technical approach and deliver solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents and the wider Microsoft ecosystem. This is not a Copilot adoption, training or high-level strategy role. You'll own the technical journey from discovery and prototyping through to solution design, integration and implementation.
In this role you will:
- Lead discovery sessions to understand business problems and identify high-value AI opportunities
- Decide whether Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, Power Platform or another technology is the most appropriate solution
- Translate business needs into clear technical designs and delivery plans
- Build and configure prototypes, proofs of concept and production-ready solutions
- Design integrations with Microsoft 365 and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Work with APIs, Microsoft Graph, connectors, identity models, permissions and enterprise data sources
- Address security, compliance and governance risks, including data oversharing, inappropriate access and hallucinations
- Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Data, EUC and enterprise application teams to move solutions into production
- Create reusable patterns, standards and guardrails for future AI delivery
- Measure whether each solution delivers genuine business value and can be supported at enterprise scale
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrable, hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
- AI agents and agent orchestration
- Microsoft 365 and Power Platform APIs, connectors, identity and permissions
- Enterprise data integration and governance
You should also understand practical Generative AI concepts, including grounding, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt design, hallucination management and secure access to organisational data. Strong stakeholder-management and consulting skills are essential. You'll need to challenge unclear requirements, explain technical decisions to non-technical audiences and recognise when Copilot or AI is not the right answer. Experience with Microsoft Graph, Azure, Salesforce or ServiceNow would be advantageous. Previous delivery within financial services or another regulated enterprise environment would also be valuable.
Contract details:
- Initial six-month contract with potential extension
- £600 per day
- Inside IR35
- London-based 3-days per week onsite
If you have personally built and delivered enterprise Copilot or AI-agent solutions, please send your profile to register your interest.
