We're supporting a major financial services organisation as they build a brand-new enterprise Data Platform and MLOps capability. This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and play a key role in shaping how Data Science is delivered across the business. This isn't a research-only environment. You'll work on real business problems, build machine learning models that drive decision-making, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to see your work deployed and used at scale.

What you'll be doing:
