One of my international payments companies are rolling out a Data Mesh and need a sharp, people-focused specialist to drive adoption and build data literacy across teams in primarily the EU.
What you'll do:
- Run workshops, training and hands-on coaching.
- Help teams understand and use data products with confidence.
- Translate technical concepts into simple, practical guidance.
- Build lightweight playbooks, standards and best practices.
- Be the bridge between platform, data teams and business stakeholders.
What you bring:
- Strong communicator who loves enabling others.
- Experience in data literacy, data adoption or transformation programmes.
- Comfortable with Data Mesh concepts (no engineering required).
- Able to influence senior, multilingual, globally dispersed teams.
- Having a background in Databricks would be advantageous.
Contract:
- Outside IR35
- Fully remote with the low chance of travel to Spain
- £680 per day
- 6 month contract
