This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys proper fresh-food cooking and wants to join a busy, quality-led kitchen without the usual six-day slog. The kitchen works with fresh, seasonal ingredients and there’s a strong focus on producing consistently good food rather than cutting corners. The Role As Chef de Partie, you’ll take responsibility for your section, working alongside the senior kitchen team to deliver a consistently high standard during service. You’ll be involved in preparation, service, maintaining standards across the kitchen and supporting the wider team when needed.
