Enterprise Account Manager (EMEA) will own and expand relationships with the company’s largest enterprise customers across EMEA, with a primary focus on Europe. This role operates in a remote-first environment, based out of London, and serves as a key customer-facing leader in the region. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technical stakeholders, ensuring the platform remains core to customers’ generative media initiatives while driving long-term adoption, value, and consumption-based revenue growth. This is a highly autonomous role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys collaborating with globally distributed teams across sales, product, engineering, and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers across EMEA, with an emphasis on Europe.
- Act as an early GTM representative in the region, helping establish account strategies, operating rhythms, and customer engagement best practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, building strong relationships with both executive and technical stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account plans focused on expansion, increased platform adoption, and consumption-based revenue growth.
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to scope, design, and deliver complex, high-impact customer solutions.
- Maintain a high bar for responsiveness and accountability across customers and internal teams spanning multiple time zones.
- Own and exceed a consumption-based revenue target, with accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Lead customer engagements including QBRs, executive briefings, and occasional regional or on-site meetings.
- Analyze usage and performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Stay current on developments in AI and generative media to inform customer strategy and provide actionable product feedback.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience managing enterprise customers selling to software developers, engineering, or data teams.
- Proven success managing $10M+ annual revenue portfolios and consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience operating independently in high-growth environments, ideally as an early regional or GTM hire.
- Strong track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
- Comfort engaging directly with senior executives within large, global organizations.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through, with a strong bias toward responsiveness.
- Experience working with distributed, global teams across EMEA, the US, and other regions.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
