Metcor Electrical part of Metcor Group is looking for an experienced Senior Electrical PPM Administrator. This is a key operational role combining people leadership, planned preventive maintenance contract management, client service and hands-on administration.
About the Role
You will help the team consistently meet service level agreements, support cost-effective delivery and drive continuous improvement across our electrical PPM activity. Working with office-based colleagues, field operatives and teams across the Metcor Group, you will play an important part in delivering a reliable, high-quality service for our clients.
Key duties
- In the absence of the Manager you will lead and support the Electrical Operations team, helping colleagues perform at their best and deliver excellent service.
- Keep PPM contracts running smoothly by coordinating schedules, subcontractors, purchase orders and new contract set-up.
- Prepare and manage quotes, reactive jobs and remedial works using Aeromark and Pipedrive.
- Make sure engineers have the materials, information and documentation they need, including RAMS, permits and orders.
- Build strong client relationships by providing regular updates, resolving issues and keeping work on track through to invoicing.
What you will bring
- Experience in senior administration, coordination or team leadership within maintenance, facilities management or a similar service environment.
- A good understanding of PPM, reactive works, SLAs and client service.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Commercial awareness and confidence using service-management or CRM systems; Aeromark and Pipedrive experience is an advantage.

- Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Lunch Break unpaid 30 mins each day
