We're looking for a PPM Operations Scheduler to help coordinate planned maintenance work across Drainage, Pumps, Electrical, Working at Height and specialist subcontractor activities.
Metcor Environmental part of Metcor Group is looking for a PPM Operations Scheduler to join the team in Gravesend.
What you'll be doing
- Planning planned preventive maintenance activity and coordinating engineers and subcontractors.
- Keeping schedules accurate and up to date in on the inhouse system.
- Making best use of diaries by considering location, skills, availability, priorities and due dates.
- Working with clients, operational teams and internal teams to manage changes, access and expectations.
- Reviewing job information, resolving gaps and helping jobs close correctly and on time.
Experience
- Experience in scheduling, planning or coordinating work in a busy environment.
- Good attention to detail and confidence working with systems and data.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise when plans change.
- Clear communication skills when working with engineers, subcontractors, clients and internal teams.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in drainage, pumps, electrical, facilities management or a similar service industry.
- Experience using CRM systems
- An understanding of PPM schedules, SLAs, site access, mobilisation and job closure.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors or Working at Height works.

- Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Lunch Break unpaid 30 mins each day
