Due to increasing commitments, we now have opportunities for a Commercial Administrator who will be based at our contracting office on 40 Business Park, Penrith, Cumbria. The role is primarily to assist the Commercial team with effective administrative support.
- Key Accountability
- Administrative support for Buying, Estimating and Quantity Surveying, including processing timesheets, drawing management, logging delivery notes/tickets, updating databases, filing etc.
- Ensure the effective organisation and administration of Commercial team meetings or events by preparing agendas, presentations, and facilities/equipment, taking accurate minutes, and following up on agreed actions to ensure their closure.
- To effectively communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure all onboarding documents are distributed and returned correctly.
