About the role
We have opportunities for C+E drivers to join our bulk haulage team. We operate a fleet of 100 vehicles and specialise in the movement of bulk (TASCC & Aggregate) loads across the UK and Europe. Full in‑house training is provided.
Key aspects of the role:
- Demonstrate a respectful, positive attitude towards others and behave in an honest and open manner.
- Work effectively as part of a team and on one’s own initiative.
- Work safely, comply with health and safety legislation, and insist others do the same.
- Be practical and have a basic mechanical understanding.
- Be able to plan routes.
- Be able to work away from home, including 4–5 nights out a week.
- Be able to work weekends when required.
- Have experience using Microsoft Outlook.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise, cope under pressure and work to strict deadlines.
Qualifications required:
- Hold a valid C+E driving licence.
- Hold a current Driver CPC card.
- Hold a digital tachograph card.
- Have knowledge of driver hours regulations.
- Experience moving bulk is an advantage but not necessary, as full training will be provided.
