About the Role
We're looking for a Voice Actor with a neutral American accent to help train our conversational AI through fun scripted as well as unscripted Zoom chats. Your voice will help shape how AI sounds and connects with people.
What You'll Do
- Chat on Zoom with our Data Partners from across the world, often on casual, everyday topics to help train our AI.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to refine the naturalness and personality of AI voices.
- Represent General American speech patterns in conversational AI.

Compensation & Rights
Pay: $30-$50/hr, paid within 14 days of submitting timesheets or invoices. Royalties: After the platform's commercial release, you'll earn $0.001 per minute of AI-generated content using your voice β paid quarterly, in perpetuity. Participant agreement includes transparent terms around rights, usage, and ethical limitations.
