The role

You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Metaview's CEO to drive alignment across teams, streamline how we operate, and set an uncomfortable pace for execution. You’ll be crucial to helping us scale effectively from a 45 person company to 100+ and beyond.

Key ownership areas:

  • Set the pace and standard for our internal meetings, decisions, and documentation. We’re seeking consistent excellence.
  • Assist the CEO in achieving world-class investor relations through levelling up board meetings, investor updates, and fundraise processes.
  • You’re another barrel in the company. You’ll own and execute on new initiatives in lieu of a long-term owner (for example, you might take on a project to expand our partnerships, or launch a new office).
  • Foster a culture of accountability and high performance throughout the organization.
  • You use AI to accelerate your impact—whether through smarter analysis, better documentation of processes, or faster decision-making.
  • Develop a depth of understanding of our company and market, such that you find problems and opportunities we otherwise wouldn’t know about.
