Working for an expanding MSP you will deal with escalations and incidents, investigating and troubleshooting more complex technical issues and ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Detailed IT Support or Service Desk background and experience taking ownership of incidents from 1st line support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows Server, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365/Azure).
- Experience handling escalations, ideally within an MSP environment.
- Understanding of security tooling, SIEM, EDR, vulnerability/incident management, and ability to work to SLAs.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Holding CompTIA Security, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals / Administrator and ITIL Foundation status/accreditation would be an advantage.
Location & Compensation
This role will be based in Maidenhead, Berks with occasional hybrid work and travel. A starting salary of up to £45,000 plus benefits is on offer.
