An exciting opportunity to join an expanding MSP to play a key role in their Network and Systems Support team. Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.
You will be Comp TIA Network+ (or similar) certified with a strong understanding of Cloud technologies (Azure/365) and ITIL principles. A strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls etc) as well proven skills in Windows Server, Virtualisation, Replication and back-up is required as well as an awareness of monitoring tools such as ConnectWise RRM, LogicMonitor or similar.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting server performance, network connectivity and application service issues and dealing with escalations from the 1st line team. Strong communication skills and demonstrative experience of Incident Management practices are essential for this role.
The role will be based at our client’s office in Maidenhead, Berks with occasional remote working. A starting salary of £35,000 per annum plus benefits is on offer for the right candidate.
