MetaQare is selecting the Top 100 medical specialists in the United Kingdom to participate in Authors of Clinical AI (ACAI) — an international medical collaboration programme in which leading physicians contribute their expertise to the development of evidence-based clinical reasoning models. This is a professional collaboration, not a traditional employment position.
Participating physicians act as Clinical AI Authors, providing structured, expert clinical logic to help build safe, explainable, and traceable medical intelligence for real-world healthcare environments.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical AI Author, your contributions may include:
- Collaborating in the creation and validation of specialty-specific clinical reasoning models.
- Providing structured clinical knowledge guided by current standards of care, NICE guidelines, and evidence-based practice.
- Reviewing anonymised clinical cases and participating in peer-review rounds with other senior specialists.
- Working with MetaQare's scientific and technical teams to ensure accuracy, transparency, and ethical alignment.
- Participating in continuous improvement of the models as new evidence, guidelines, and clinical standards evolve.
Your clinical expertise becomes a digital clinical model, trained with your reasoning and updated with scientific evidence. Your judgement will support diagnostics, decision pathways, and clinical logic with full traceability. You will receive royalties proportional to the validated clinical use of the models you co-author. Your name will stand among the 100 pioneering physicians shaping the future of applied clinical intelligence in the United Kingdom.
RequirementsMB ChB, MBBChir, MBBCh, MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognised in the United Kingdom. GMC-registered specialist with a licence to practise. Membership or Fellowship of the relevant Royal College (e.g. MRCP, FRCS, MRCGP, MRCOG or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of post-residency clinical experience. Demonstrated evidence-based clinical reasoning. Interest in medical innovation, clinical AI, and digital decision-support frameworks. Strong command of English. Eligible to collaborate as an independent professional in the UK.
