MetaQare is selecting a limited group of 100 highly respected and influential specialist physicians in the United Kingdom, including Consultants, Clinical Leads, Heads of Department, Medical Directors, Academic Clinicians, and recognised clinical opinion leaders, to join its international program Authors of Clinical AI (ACAI). ACAI is an elite global medical collaboration in which experienced physicians contribute their clinical reasoning, guideline-based expertise, and real-world medical judgment to the development of transparent, explainable, and evidence-based Clinical AI decision models.

This is not a traditional employment position. It is a high-level professional collaboration designed for senior physicians with established clinical authority who seek intellectual leadership, international visibility, and lasting impact in the evolution of Clinical AI. Participants act as Clinical AI Authors, directly shaping a new generation of physician-led, ethically grounded clinical intelligence.

Your Role as a Clinical AI Author

• Contributing to the design, structuring, and validation of clinical decision-making models within your specialty.
• Translating evidence-based UK clinical practice (NICE guidelines, Royal College standards, NHS frameworks, and international guidelines) into structured, explainable decision logic.
• Reviewing anonymised clinical cases and participating in senior-level, interdisciplinary peer-review processes.
• Collaborating closely with MetaQare’s medical, scientific, regulatory, and technology teams.
• Ensuring clinical rigor, traceability, explainability, and ethical integrity of all models.
• Supporting continuous updates aligned with new evidence, NICE recommendations, and UK best practice standards.

What Does It Mean to Be an Author of Clinical AI?

Your clinical expertise is transformed into a digital clinical decision model reflecting your diagnostic and therapeutic reasoning. Your judgment supports diagnostic pathways, risk stratification, and treatment decisions with full explainability and auditability. You receive royalties linked to the validated clinical use of the model you help develop. Your name becomes part of a select group of 100 physician pioneers shaping the future of Clinical AI in the United Kingdom. You create a lasting clinical legacy, scalable beyond institutions, NHS trusts, and generations.

Candidate Profile (Senior-Level Focus)

• MBBS / MBChB (or equivalent medical degree).
• Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
• CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) or recognised specialist registration.
• Minimum 5 years of independent consultant-level clinical practice.
• Preferably experience in leadership roles (Clinical Lead, Consultant, Medical Director, Academic Lead, etc.).
• Strong evidence-based clinical reasoning aligned with NICE and Royal College guidance.
• Recognised as a reference expert within your specialty.
• Demonstrated interest in medical innovation, Clinical AI, and decision-support systems.
• Ability to collaborate as an independent medical consultant.
• Excellent English communication skills.
