The Creator Marketing Coordinator role sits within our UK team and is responsible for creating, building and maintaining creator relationships; as well as developing strategic & creative recommendations for campaigns. Alongside traditional creator outreach and relationship building, the role is also responsible for building engagement through our social channels, assisting with Metapic events & hosting workshops. This is a hybrid position with two days a week in our central Manchester office.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain close relationships with a dedicated segment of creators; developing a regular communication strategy and ensuring Metapic are their platform of choice.
- Hold regular strategy calls to keep creators engagement levels high.
- Work closely with the Brand Partnerships team to recruit and onboard creators to meet the needs of our client portfolio.
- Work alongside the Creator Growth Lead to execute recruitment plans and/or incentives, ensuring they are executed effectively.
- Oversee gifting campaigns, being ultimately responsible for ensuring products are successfully ordered, received & posted on social content by the creator.
- Work closely with the Brand Partnerships team to ensure this is communicated effectively to the client.
- Contribute to the weekly newsletter send if needed; helping with asset creation and populating imagery/wording on mailchimp.
- Assist in developing resources and tool kits for creators to make sure they get the most out of Metapic.
- Assist in planning & executing various creator events & meetings in line with business objectives.
- Regularly feedback to product teams with the aim to consistently improve the creator experience.
- Track campaign performance and creator engagement metrics to measure effectiveness and inform strategy.
- Remain up to date on all legal compliance around gifted and paid creator campaigns, including being very well versed in CAP code and ASA guidance.
- Identify upcoming consumer trends & use these insights to guide creator strategy.
- Act as an expert on key rising creators within the UK, and client consumer demographics; ensuring our creators meet these needs.
- Remain aware of competitor activity & developments to ensure Metapic are competitive.
- Support in pitching creator strategies to clients & educating them on best practices.
- Support in planning and creating social posts alongside the Creator team when needed.
- Report back weekly to the Senior Creator Marketing Manager with performance highlights, red flags, opportunities & ideas.
