The Creator Growth Manager role is a pivotal role within the UK team, and is responsible for overall growth of our active creator pool. This includes onboarding and growing creator relationships, as well as developing and executing strategic growth initiatives. The role works cross-functionally with brand partnerships, creator marketing and product development teams to ensure creators succeed and deliver value to our brand partners.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new creators across key verticals using platforms like Modash.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and activate the existing creator base within the UK.
- Build strong relationships with top-performing creators to drive retention and long-term engagement.
- Monitor creator performance and provide data-driven optimisation advice.
- Educate creators on best practices in affiliate marketing and performance campaigns.
- Plan and execute regular events and workshops for creators across the UK, in line with business objectives.
- Present to talent agencies on the benefits of affiliate marketing; building relationships and onboarding their roster onto Metapic.
- Collaborate with the campaign teams to match creators with relevant brand campaigns and opportunities.
- Work alongside the Senior Creator Marketing Manager to gather creator feedback, and work with product teams to improve platform experience.
- Assist in developing resources and tool kits for creators to make sure they get the most out of Metapic.
- Analyze growth metrics and report on KPIs related to creator acquisition, activation, and revenue within the weekly team meeting and wider company updates.
- Remain up to date on all legal compliance around gifted and paid creator campaigns, including being very well versed in CAP code and ASA guidance.
- Remain aware of competitor activity and developments to ensure Metapic are competitive.
- Support the Brand Partnerships Team in pitching creator strategies to clients and educating clients on creator best practices.
- Report back weekly to the Head of UK with performance highlights, red flags, opportunities and ideas.
Skills Required
- 2-4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or creator management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive growth.
- Ability to execute multi-channel creator marketing campaigns efficiently.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a high pressured environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage both creators and brand partners.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Highly organised with strong project management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability in a fast-changing industry.
