About Us
We’re entering a significant new phase of development. The opportunity
We’re seeking a Head of Student Experience to lead the coordination, development, and continuous improvement of our student support services. This is a newly strengthened role, created to bring greater coherence, clarity, and impact across our student-facing provision. You’ll play a central role in ensuring that our services are well-organised, accessible, and aligned to student need, supporting students from entry through to completion and progression. Working within a clear strategic framework, you’ll have the autonomy to shape how services are delivered in practice, ensuring they’re joined-up, effective, and demonstrably contributing to student success.
About This Role
You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning:
- Wellbeing and disability support
- Careers and employability
- Academic skills support
- Library services
- Academic coordination
Your Focus Will Be To
- Integrate services into a coherent and accessible student support offer
- Establish clear processes, pathways, and service standards
- Develop and implement measurable outcomes and KPIs
- Strengthen the student experience across the full lifecycle
- Ensure services actively support our Access and Participation commitments
- Oversee effective approaches to student wellbeing, safeguarding, and inclusion
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that student support is understood, utilised, and continuously improved.
