I am currently assisting an international client with a complex post-deal technology integration programme. As part of this programme of work, they are looking for a senior core backend and infrastructure lead to take ownership of the infrastructure and platform workstream from day one.
This includes:
- Defining the target architecture
- Leading infrastructure consolidation
- Driving migration planning
- Ensuring resilience, security and operational stability throughout the integration
Requirements:
- Proven track record leading infrastructure, backend or platform workstreams on post-merger integration, carve-outs or large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of core backend systems, infrastructure, cloud/hybrid environments and enterprise integration patterns
- Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential if integration delivery experience is strong
