A well-established manufacturer is currently recruiting for experienced Sheet Metal Workers to join their skilled team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and is looking for long-term stability within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- MIG & TIG welding
- Operating press brake and plasma cutting machinery
- Drilling, countersinking, and rolling sheet metal
- Reading and interpreting engineering and fabrication drawings
- Working with stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel (1mm–10mm)
- Developing sheet metal patterns
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sheet metal work (preferred)
- Ability to work from detailed engineering drawings
- Skilled, reliable, and able to work independently
- Team player with a strong work ethic
Pay up to £19 per hour (depending on experience). Full time (day shift) Monday to Friday, with overtime available. Established and reputable business with decades of industry experience. Company pension. Free on-site parking. Supportive and respectful working environment.
