Salary: £18.66 per hour

Metalis are currently working with an Aerospace manufacturer, who are looking for an experienced CNC Milling Technician to join their team.

Job Duties:

  • Set, operate and program CNC milling machines
  • Read and work from engineering drawings
  • Work to tight tolerances
  • Provide technical support to team leader/supervisor
  • Continuous improvement activities
  • Carry out self inspection on complex components
  • Use a variety of measuring equipment (verniers, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, shadow graphs)

Job Requirements:

  • Apprentice training or 5 years' experience
  • Aerospace experience
  • Engineering/Machining qualifications
  • CNC programming experience
  • Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain and Mazak

Salary & Shift:

£18.66 per hour Monday to Thursday, 6am - 2pm & Friday, 6am - 1pm
