CNC Turner in Sheffield

Job Role: CNC Turner Location: Sheffield Salary: £16.00 - £19.00 per hour Metalis are working with a leading engineering company in Sheffield, who are looking for a CNC Turner to join their team. Job Duties: * Set, operate and program CNC lathes * Read and work from engineering drawings * Work on parts up to 40 tonnes * Work on parts up to 10 metre in lengths * Program the machines using Fagor controls * Work with materials such as steels, superalloys etc. Job Requirements: * Apprentice Trained or relevant Engineering Qualifications (NVQ/HNC/HND/ONC) * Experience within CNC environment * Experience with Fagor controls * Overhead crane (experience or licence) Salary, Shift & Benefits: * £16.00 - £19.00 per hour * Monday to Friday, 6am - 2:30pm * Overtime available (subject to workload) If this role is of interest to you, please apply with your CV
