Fabricator / Welder (MIG) Pay: £15.50–£16.00 per hour Location: NG20 Job Type: Full-time We’re recruiting for an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join an established engineering business specialising in bespoke engineering solutions and the manufacture of metal components and assemblies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in fabrication and MIG welding, who takes pride in producing high-quality work. The Role: * Fabricating components and assemblies using steel sections and sheet metal. * Carrying out MIG welding to a high standard. * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications. * Using hand tools and power tools to cut, shape and assemble materials. * Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets quality standards. * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years’ experience in MIG welding. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in fabrication. * Experience working with steel sections and sheet metal. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Good mechanical knowledge and accurate measuring skills. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
