Salary: £28,275- £34,125 per annum

Metalis are working exclusively with a leading manufacturing company in Sheffield, who are looking for a Machine Shop Operative to join their team.

Job Duties:

  • Set and operate various CNC machinery
  • Read and work from engineering drawings
  • Work with measuring and inspection equipment
  • Ensure all tooling and machinery is maintained
  • Work safely and make sure all products are machined to the correct instruction
  • Ensure all documentation is filed correctly

Job Requirements:

  • Apprentice trained or relevant engineering qualifications - Desired
  • Experience working in a CNC environment
  • Able to read and work from engineering drawings
  • Able to set and operate CNC machinery

Salary & Shift:

£28,275- £34,125 per annum

Days and afters rotating every 2 weeks (37.5 hours per week)

Days - Monday to Thursday 6am - 2:30pm & Friday 6am - 11:30am

Afters - Monday to Wednesday 2:15pm - 00:15am & Thursday 2:15pm - 11:45pm
