Metalis are currently recruiting for a Fettler to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Sheffield.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering regular day shifts and a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities

Fettling and finishing castings or fabricated metal components.

Removing excess material using hand and power tools such as grinders and linishers.

Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Working safely and following all health and safety procedures.

Maintaining a clean and organised work area.

Supporting other production tasks as required.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous fettling, grinding, or metal finishing experience is preferred.

Experience within a foundry, fabrication, or engineering environment is advantageous.

Able to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
