Metalis are currently working with a well-established manufacturer in Sheffield who are looking for 2 skilled Engineering Machinists to join their team.
Job Duties:
- Set, operate and program a variety of CNC and Manual machinery
- Read and work from engineering drawings
- Record progress of production
- Report any issues to management
- Ensure works are completed safely with high quality
- Make sure equipment is clean, tidy and well maintained
Job Requirements:
- Experience working with lathes, mills etc
- Experience with medium to large components
- Heidenhain and/or Fanuc experience
- Able to set, operate and program CNC and Manual machinery
- Open to the possibility of future shift work (mornings and afternoons rotating) and overtime
Salary, Shift & Benefits:
- Up to £19.30 per hour (depending on experience)
- Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm & Friday, 8am - 2:30pm
- Overtime available at 1.5x - Saturday, 6am - 11am
- 25 holidays plus bank holidays
